DMCA Policy

BidPopular, operated by BIDPOPULAR LLC (a Washington limited liability company), respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. Content on BidPopular is submitted by users and airs live; we have no obligation to monitor it, but we act on valid notices. If you believe content on BidPopular infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing — the creator's handle plus the slot date and time (UTC), and any URL(s) — with enough detail for us to locate it. Because clips air live and are not published for on-demand playback, a permanent URL may not exist.
• Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Send notices to the Designated Agent for BIDPOPULAR LLC, State of Washington, USA, by email to BidPopAdmin@gmail.com, or through the contact form on your account page. Notices that are incomplete may not be actionable.

On receipt of a valid notice we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified material, cancel or block any scheduled airing of it where feasible, and notify the uploading user with a copy of the notice (including your contact details as provided). We may remove or refuse content at our discretion at any time.

Users are solely responsible for the content they submit and represent that they hold all necessary rights, including for background music. Claims for damages arising from user content should be directed to the uploading user; users indemnify BidPopular against such claims under our Terms of Service.

If your clip was removed and you believe it was in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed content and its previous location, your name, address, and phone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which BidPopular may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party. We will forward your counter-notice to the complainant and may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless they file a court action.

We maintain and reasonably implement a repeat infringer policy: users who accrue multiple valid infringement notices, or who engage in a single egregious infringement, will have their accounts terminated in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the DMCA and our Terms of Service. Terminated accounts forfeit remaining credits.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

What must a DMCA takedown notice include?

Your physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it, your name, mailing address, phone number and email, a good-faith belief statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

How do I identify a clip if there is no permanent URL?

Clips air live and are not published for on-demand playback, so a permanent URL may not exist. Identify the material by the creator handle plus the slot date and time in UTC, along with any URL you do have and a description of the content.

What happens after BidPopular receives a valid notice?
