  • In review — we are verifying identity and gathering your data.
  • Completed — we finished acting on the request and emailed you the outcome.
  • Closed without action — we could not verify or lawfully act on it. The reason is shown here and emailed to you; you may appeal by replying.

Lost your reference? Email BidPopAdmin@gmail.com from the address you submitted with.

What do the request statuses mean?
Received means the request is logged and queued and a confirmation email has been sent. In review means we are verifying your identity and gathering your data. I lost my reference code. How do I find my request?
Email our privacy address from the same address you submitted the request with and ask for the reference code. We will not disclose request details to any other address, because the reference plus matching email is how we protect the request from third parties.
